Taizhou Beilide Mold & Plastics Co., Ltd. established in 2006 and employing over 100 staffs has always been devoted to  the  manufacture  and   plastic injection molding of multi-color multi-material mold, two-color automotive lamp mold (two-color lamp cover mold and two-color decorative frame mold), and two-color automotive interior and exterior parts mold. The factory occupies a floor area  of  12,000m2  and  has  a  construction area of 18,000m2. It has advanced mold processing equipment  and  injection molding  equipment, such  as CNC  machine, CNC  engraving  and   milling machine, EDM and WEDM-LS/MS machines.

The company applies CAD/CAM/CAE for development and manufacture of mold and product and positively  carries out lean  production management. It   passed   ISO 9001   quality   management system  in  2011  and   introduced ERP/MES system   for   field   production   management in 2013, which helps to realize traceability and real time management of materials, technologies and  data.On  account  of the rich experience in mold industry, especially in the design and manufacture  of  automotive lamp  mold  and  automotive  interior  and exterior  parts  mold, and  abundant resources in Huangyan, it  provides  services  for  customers  with  time  effectiveness  and  quality guarantee.
